Customer and Client Services Administrator

Position Overview

• Customer service, site administration support and general office duties
• Scheduling with and for internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with clients and third parties, via phone, email and face to face
• Electronic data management and filing
• Provide high attention to detail in reporting and distribution of records

The successful candidate will

• Demonstrate high competency in administration and task prioritisation
• Have previous experience working in a customer facing administration role
• Work with initiative bringing a positive, welcoming attitude
• Strive for excellence in service delivery
• Bring a consistent drive to deliver on tasks as a service professional
